BEN MCCARTHY (USSF C)
DIRECTOR OF COACHING
Ben McCarthy hails from Manchester, England and has been leading LSC's growth as Director of Coaching since 2014. During that time, LSC has grown into one of Chester County's leading soccer clubs. Ben has successfully supported and trained a number of volunteer and professional coaches to further enhance and develop their knowledge of the game. Under Ben's leadership, LSC has managed to grow it's reputation while maintaining it's community club vibe. Ben has coached multiple LSC teams to State Cup Championships, League Championships and high level tournament wins (WAGS, Bethesda, New England Showcase etc.) Ben lives in Downingtown, PA with his wife and young daughter.

ALAN BROMLY (UEFA B)
TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
Alan Bromly hails from Edinburgh, Scotland where he played at a high level with Hibernian FC before stepping into the world of coaching in the US. He begins his role as Technical Director for LSC for the 22/23 season. Alan holds his UEFA B license and has a proven background in developing players at the grass roots phase through his time with West Mont United and TSF Academy. Alan will use those experiences to lead the Lionville Academy teams to teach them all the fundamental techniques required to develop into the best players they can be.

DOUG PUSEY (USSF D)
PRESIDENT
USSF D License. President of Lionville Soccer Club and LYA Board Member since 2016. Grew up in West Chester, PA and played club soccer at West Chester United and collegiate soccer at Gettysburg College, part of the squad that captured the first Centennial Conference title in 1993. Resides in Lionville, PA with his wife and two boys. President of Sterling Kitchen and Bath based in Malvern, PA. Coached the Lionville Jaguars squad from U9 through U19. The squad won the EPYSA Presidents Cup at U17 and were Cup Finalists at U19 after the 2020 cups were canceled due to Covid-19. Trainer for the 2007 Lionville Blast squad. Current coach of the 2009 Boys Galaxy team. Proud to be part of the development of players that currently play collegiate soccer as well as young men that have excelled academically in high school and college. Enjoys playing soccer with his buddies as part of an adult league team competing at United Sports. Tottenham Hotspur supporter.

CHRIS PRZEMIENIECKI (USSF A)
COLLEGE RECRUITING ADVISOR
Coach Chris has had a long and distinguished coaching career. Chris has coached recreational, youth, high school, college, amateur, semi-professional, professional, Olympic and National team players and teams. Chris holds a USSF 'A' License and has worked with US Soccer and the Olympic Development Program in USYSA Region II. Chris has spent over 25 years coaching NCAA Division I, II, III and NAIA men’s and women’s collegiate programs in Ohio, Illinois, Tennessee, Iowa, Minnesota, and Pennsylvania. Coach Chris will work with all LSC players to help them understand and fulfill their college soccer desires and aspirations.
